My attitude and working methods
I love to open up spaces for thought and play within groups and teams. In situations of intense problem focus and entrenched role patterns, it can be very liberating to look at the forest from a distance with an outside and unbiased person, to gain some perspective, and to collectively draw strength for the next steps.
Often, the focus in change processes (and also in conflicts) is primarily on people: they are expected to become more agile, resilient, or efficient, for example. However, sustainable change is not achieved solely through the adaptation of individuals, but above all through the conscious design of systems .
