Before spring becomes visible, growth begins in secret. Nature reminds us that something new is already taking shape within us as well.

This weekend we invite you to experience the body as an instrument in TaKeTiNa and to immerse yourself in rhythmic movement and sound on the three levels of steps, clapping and voice.

In voice work, supported by the energy of the group, we open spaces where you can freely explore your own voice and sonic ideas. As sounding beings, we meet in a shared flow: from simple toning to playful improvisations and circle singing.

Rhythm and voice can become a resonating chamber for what wants to unfold in life. Layer by layer, things can be released: old patterns, beliefs, early imprints. In this way, space can be created for your own intuition and for what wants to flow through you into the world.
